The first missing part was the beginning where Mr Bodell Tells Glenn about his head injury and his inability to drive.

The second missing part is where Glenn demands the admission of guilt. when Mr Bodell exercises his right to remain silent Glenn starts to mace and tase Mr Bodell then beat him till the second recording starts with Mr Bodell on the ground.

The third missing chunk is where Joseph miller denies medial care for Mr Bodell over EMS workers suggestion. Above that neither Miler nor Glenn told jai staff that Mr Bodell had been beaten unconscious and denied medical care.
