Rose Harshman is an x meth head turned fake Christiane who spouts bible verses like she was a preacher. She befriended Robert Bodell when he reached out for help. She convinced Mr Bodell to make her husband his power of attorney then immediately declared Mr Bodell a sinner for using THC to treat his depression saying he should give his heart to god and give up the THC. 

the THC was actually prescribed by a doctor so she knows more than the doctor.

As for her declaring him a sinner he told he had stood up in front of the church and took communion as a child, if that is not how to give my her to god how do  you think I should do it.

That's when he knew she was a false profit and dumped her because she did not know herself how to become a Christian.
